Dear FIWARE coach, we received a support request from a Creatifi applicant that has some problem with Trento node and in particular the applicant was trying to provide the migration of his VM. He has created new instance from image, new security group and new vrouter. Then he associated the ip to the instance. When he tries to connect via ssh he obtained an error: Operation timed out So in order to avoid to put sensitive data in this public ticket, can you give me a private account in order to send you all the info that the applicant sent me?
