Hello,

Thanks for the feedback! We were debugging the issue and we think FIWare
help may be necessary once we found out the exact issue. We are using PPnet
which authenticates users using FIWare. We get the access token from FIWare
but when we try to access the API endpoint /user?access_token=TOKEN_HERE
using AJAX we get a CORS error. Essentially, CORS
(Access-Control-Allow-Origin) is not allowed for the
https://account.lab.fi-ware.org/user?access_token=... endpoint and we
cannot get any information about the authenticated user using JavaScript.
Your API endpoint works for regular HTTP requests. Do you know a remedy for
this situation?

Also,I think FIWare's system for creating new users is not working after
the maintenance. The confirmation mail does not include any link and you
cannot finish the registration process.
