[Fiware-data] Changes in the leadership of the Data chapter

Dear all,

This is just to inform that there is an internal reorganization in the contribution to the Data chapter in Telefonica.

  *   The current leader, Sergio García, will remain involved in Data as the lead architect in this chapter
  *   Santiago García will take up the role of chapter leader

Santiago will be representing the data chapter both in the first project and in the continuation project for now on.

Let us give our warmest welcome to Santiago!
