[Fiware-developer-experience] Ready the docker image with restaurant data in docker hub

Hi guys!

Yesterday we finished the creation of a new image in docker hub with the
restaurant data. In order to use it:

fiware-devguide-app/docker/compose $ docker-compose -f
docker-compose-preloaded-data.yml up

So you don't need to load the data yourself anymore.
