[Fiware-ecosystem] FIWARE & TM Forum 'Frontrunner Smart Cities' Side Event at the SCEWC'17

We've got a GREAT side event lined up for you during the SCEWC

As you may know, TM Forum <https://www.tmforum.org/> and FIWARE Open APIs
provide the basis for a Smart City Reference Architecture that supports the
integration of vertical solutions, the development of city governance
systems and innovative services by third parties to materialize a Data
Economy.

On *Thursday, 16th November*, TM Forum and FIWARE will join forces to
launch the *'Frontrunner Smart Cities in the API Economy'*

 initiative.

The objective? To collaborate around common challenges, define and curate
common information models to foster portability and interoperability of
smart city solutions.
