[Fiware-ecosystem] New team members at the FIWARE Foundation

*Dear members of the FIWARE Community,*



I'm proud to inform you today about the continuous growth of the FIWARE
Foundation. During the last weeks 6 new colleagues joined our highly
motivated team. As FIWARE is international, our team at the FIWARE
Foundation also becomes increasingly so, having colleagues from 7 different
nationalities. Together with all of you we will keep pushing the adoption
of FIWARE as the open source platform for our smart digital future.

*Angeles:*

Angeles is a Marketing professional with over 20 years’ strongly built
experience in planning and executing brand strategy in customer-focused
market, serving multinational brands distributed worldwide (IBM,
Procter&Gamble…). She has been part of two of the largest marketing &
communications companies in the world, Euro RSCG (Havas Worldwide) and
OgilvyOne Worlwide. Angeles has been involved for 4 years in FIWARE’s brand
development & promotion, content strategy and also the coordination and
engagement of the FIWARE Community. Passionate about technology, science,
philosophy and art forms. She holds a bachelor’s degree on Biochemistry and
Fine Arts



*Charlotte:*

I'm Charlotte Kotterman, and starting this month I'll be working as a
Community Manager for the FIWARE Foundation. Originally from the
Netherlands, I've been in Berlin for over 3 years now, mainly working with
online communities in the realm of film and television. In turn, as a fan
of great original content, I have also been able to immerse myself in the
world of social media and content management through channels such as
Instagram, Facebook, Tumblr and Twitter.


*Ekaterina:*

I'm Ekaterina and I will work as a Junior Marketing Manager at the FIWARE
Foundation. 25 y.o., Master of Arts in Media and Communication Science at
Ilmenau University of Technology (Germany), Bachelor degree in Management
at National University Higher School of Economics (Moscow, Russia).
Interests: strategic and digital marketing, event management, smart
technology, start-ups, and digital economy.


*Lubna:*

My name is Lubna Al Fawaeer. I am 22 years old, coming from Jordan as an
exchange student. I did an exchange semester last semester in Jade
Fachhochschule in Wilhelmshaven, Germany and now I am doing my internship
at FIWARE. I am studying international accounting at The German Jordanian
University. My hobbies are dancing and swimming.


*Veronika:*

My name is Veronika and I will work at FIWARE Foundation as a Scrum Master.
I come from Bratislava but for 2 years now I live in Berlin. I studied
computer science and have experience working for big consulting companies,
as well as start ups.



*Verus:*

Verus joins us as Community Manager. He started his career in the music
industry and worked as a Marketing Manager for major record labels
Universal and Sony. As part of Warner Music, he proceeded to manage global
digital accounts such as iTunes, Amazon, and Spotify for the EMEA region.
Recently, he has been advising start-ups, SME’s and accelerators on digital
marketing and business development.

Verus von Plotho studied Economics at London School Of Economics (LSE) and
holds an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management.
