*What awaits YOU during this upcoming two-day event?*


Here's a little sneak peak of *what the Smart Cities Track will have to
offer*:



   - FIWARE is driving the standards for Smart Cities. The dedicated track
   will cover a wide range of interesting subjects, giving you direct access
   to the latest advancements regarding Mobility as a Service, Traffic
   Management, Smart Energy and Smart Buildings.


   - Concepts like ‘City as a Platform’ and processes like the conversion
   of raw city data into deep knowledge to support daily governance will be
   reviewed in-depth, not only to inspire, but also to present business
   opportunities.


   - Topics to be covered include the adoption of Context Broker technology
   in CEF, the strategic collaboration with TMForum, the developments by GSMA,
   standardization activities in ETSI and the connection to other open source
   platforms like EdgeX Foundry.


   - A special part of the Smart Cities agenda, Scaleup4Europe - ‘City as a
   Market’, will consist of useful sessions focussing on opportunities to
   increase the collaboration between companies and cities, boosting business
   connections for companies, and access to new products and services for
   cities


   - Meet Smart City projects from across the globe and connect with city
   council representatives that are building their public services upon the
   work of FIWARE-powered companies. Take advantage of new funding
   opportunities as dedicated sessions will provide the direct links to get
   your project the right economic and technical support, through FIWARE.
