I want to share something interesting with you all.

A forum topic on *Digital Platforms for Smart Cities* has been created on
the *Indian Cities 4 Green Growth* <http://www.icities4greengrowth.in/> online
knowledge portal. The initiative focusses on ICT enabled integration for
the Green Growth World Bank Project, which, in collaboration with the Korea
Green Growth Trust Fund, supports the 100 Smart Cities Mission of the
Government of India.

The forum provides a great opportunity to highlight the value of an Open
Standard Platform for Smart Cities as an enhancer to empower not only
cities, but also companies and citizens, in order to create a bigger market
of smart solutions. In addition, Open Platform Models can match application
builders with data providers, encourage interaction, and facilitate new
economic opportunity. There is therefore lots to discuss on the topic, and
I'd to invite you all to join the conversation.
