If you don't have an audio track it doesn't make sense to build a web seminar package. I see two options, to create the audio or to publish a traditional presentation (e.g. pdf or better embed a slideshare entry)


2)      I have also changed the settings of the course (Access Control in my case) so that anybody can view the course, but only after registration. Since anybody can register on the elearning site, I think it is acceptable. Then one has just to click on the "Enroll me" button to get to the course (no password required).  We want registration for better tracking of the participants ("students"), and it allows me as the GE owner to contact/notify them about updates or events related to this course. This is explained on the course summary page. Is this acceptable to you?
All the courses are publicly available without the need to be registered in the platform. The same approach applies to your course.
