If you don't have an audio track it doesn't make sense to build a web 
seminar package. I see two options, to create the audio or to publish a 
traditional presentation (e.g. pdf or better embed a slideshare entry)

All the courses are publicly available without the need to be registered 
in the platform. The same approach applies to your course.
