[Fiware-elearning] eLearning material for FLOD

Dear Fano,
     for what I understood, FLOD is an implementation of the 
Publish/Subscribe Semantic Extension GE under the Data/Context 
Management chapter.

As far as I don't have it in the shared dashboard for training material 
I added a dedicated row (under Data section) and I ask you and Manuel to 
check if I reported the correct information.

@Manuel, I see this GEi missing also in your dashboard.

In order to publish the training material I kindly ask you to create 
your account in the elearning platform (edu.fi-ware.org) and notify me 
when done so that I can add you as author for the proper category.

I remind you to follow the steps described here for creating and 
publishing the course:

once you published the course, please, drop _a comment_ in the training 
dashboard so that I can review it.
