[Fiware-elearning] Upgrade to Marketplace Author (Teacher)

Dear Aitor,
  Now you are a Course Creator in the FIWARE Academy and you can create
courses under the categories you want.
I added you as "Teacher" (that means owner) for the "Marketplace RI -
Pricing Engine Extension - Simulation-based Pricing Decision Support"
course at https://edu.fiware.org/course/view.php?id=21

At the same time I removed Andreas (SAP) that's now no longer a Teacher for
that course.
In case of problems, please, let us know using the mailing list
fiware-elearning at lists.fi-ware.org

I remind you to follow the indications reported in the wiki page
https://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/Working_with_the_FIWARE_Academy
in order to properly create and publish training material.
