[Fiware-elearning] Access to Fiware Academy

Hi,

I'm following the instructions to create a new course for the Generic
Enabler KIARA (detailed here
<http://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/Working_with_the_FIWARE_Academy#FIWARE_Academy_platform>),
but it seems I do not have perimission to do so. I would need to have said
permissions so that we can close this task in the backlog.
