[Fiware-entrepreneurs] Study: requirements for commercial public cloud hosting of FIWARE-based applications

Dear FIWARE entrepreneurs and enthusiasts,

Now that FIWARE is building up its open source community and commercial 
ecosystem, we are conducting a study regarding commercial public cloud 
services (FIWARE GEs and complementary services) required for 
FIWARE-enabled businesses to advance towards commercial deployments. The 
idea is to use the aggregation of the gathered requirements in order to 
ensure that the demand for such services can be timely addressed via a 
public cloud model (where applicable), in particular based on public 
clouds with significant presence in Europe (such as IBM Bluemix - 
https://console.ng.bluemix.net/catalog/).

We would like to kindly ask you to answer few questions regarding your 
expected 'production' deployment of FIWARE-based applications envisioned 
for the upcoming 6-12 months. You can do it either in a private response 
to this email, or (preferably) via a google form:

Notice: please, make sure that the information you provide is not 
restricted by confidentiality or other legal constraints.

0. Whether you agree to publically share the information below, or only in 
an aggregated form (i.e., without sharing the identity of your company *)
   (*) if you don't want to share at all, don't respond to this email :-)
1. Size of the 'production' deployment of your FIWARE-based application 
envisioned in the upcoming 1 year (e.g., CPU cores, block/object storage, 
network bandwidth to/from the cloud, etc)
2. FIWARE GEs that comprise the architecture of the above deployment
2a. Additional requirements from FIWARE GEs that are critical for your 
'production' deployment
3. Additional common 'middleware' components (that can be delivered 'as a 
service' in the cloud) which are part of your application
5. Industry that your application is targeting
6. Any other (non-confidential) information that might be relevant for 
this study

Please, notice, that all the questions are optional -- feel free to pick a 
subset or all (or elaborate on several applications).
