Dear Sergio,

Here is a short status report about our progress in FIWARE demonstration in Espoo.

- We are collecting data from the researcher hotel at Espoo (energy consumption and production)

- Storing data in our own database (MongoDB)

- Sending data to the FI-LAB context broker: http://orion-psb.testbed.fi-ware.org:1026 (testbed), an example of update context request is attached to this email. Maybe the data could be forwarded to CKAN from Context Broker?

- In addition, we are sending weather data (10min interval) from Espoo weather station to the Context Broker

- We have set up a demo instance to FIWARE Lab (Ubuntu 14.04) and installed a web application that visualizes the collected data. You view the demo at http://130.206.82.223/

o Data queries are slow at the moment, we will fine-tune that to get it more usable

o We are reading the data directly from our own database. Maybe this could be updated to read data from some of the FIWARE storage GE.

Any comments about our progress so far?

What kind of deliverable is expected from our demonstration? Any instructions for that?

Best Regards,
Timo
