[Fiware-etsim2m] preparations for the GA

Dear All,

In order to make progress with the ETSI M2M interface before the general
assembly we would like to propose to have 2 sessions, early next week
and towards the end of next week.
I haven't thought of an agenda yet, proposals are welcome.
