[Fiware-europeanpioneers-coaching] Support request for a Berlin node: not available since today

Dear support team,



this is a support request from Toby Rich, an European Pioneer.



They use a VM in the Berlin region.



instance id: ec442223-70d4-4deb-b302-e0f41d38b071

ip: 193.175.132.43



Yesterday a ping worked well.



Problems since today:

-          No SSH connection possible

-          Timeouts



They used the image "ubuntu server 12.04.".



Please help!
