[FIWARE-Evangelist] FIWARE Evangelists - What's Next in 2019!

Dear all,

To kick off the FIWARE Evangelist initiative in 2019 there are a couple of
things I wanted to talk to you about.

Firstly, we are looking for a small group of Evangelists who would like to
be a part of the *FIWARE Evangelists 'Committee'*. Those interested would
be involved in the evaluation of new applicants. We recently updated
the application
form
<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdsGwyaq5-6aFfRnVRzDBGzNB16FTcVc1JnNJEg_P-F_-v_JQ/viewform>
to include questions that we believe will make it easier to access future
applicants. Though you are already Evangelists you are of course more than
welcome to fill out the new application form as well. Let me know if you
are interested. I will then elaborate on our straightforward assessment
progress in a bit more detail in a separate email.

Secondly, I'd like to remind you all that our *Call for Contributions*

for
the upcoming FIWARE Global Summit <https://www.fiware.org/summit/> in Genoa
(21-22 May) is still open until February 22nd. Got an idea for a talk,
workshop, panel discussion or side event? We'd love to hear about them.

Lastly, we know that lots of you are already working hard to spread the
word about FIWARE. We appreciate all your efforts, and would like to be
aware of the events you will be organising or participating in for this
purpose. Why? Because we'd like to be able to promote those workshops,
events and talks on social media, as well as on the FIWARE website, to the
best of our abilities. We would therefore encourage you to add any future
activities as Evangelists to the following Calendar doc
