Dear all,

After careful consideration of the many events we could attend this year,
we have decided to concentrate our presence in two of the large events that
were identified for 2014:

*- Smart City Expo Worlwide Congress (November 18-20)*
*- Le Web (December 9-11)*

That would exclude Techcrunch Disrupt and The Summit, which we will
consider attending in 2015 instead.

Please let us know which ones of you are interested in attending the Smart
City Expo and which ones will be interested in attending Le Web (or both!)

Our closest event is SCE and I'm sure accelerators that have a focus on
Smart Cities will be the most interested in attending. We have contacted
the organization and are planning to have a Gold Pack stand and be an Event
Sponsor. In summary it would include::

1.- Event Partner:
• SPEAKER SLOT AT TWO PARALLEL SESSIONS (see details attached)
• PREMIUM LOCATION AT EXHIBITION AREA
• NETWORKING ACTIVITIES:
• Gala dinner (2 pax).
• B2B meetings.
• Business Bridge.
• ROAD SHOW
• EVENT BRANDING AND MARKETING
• 50 PASSES FOR THE SCEWC CONGRESS
• 50 PASSES FOR THE SCEWC EXHIBITION

2.- Pack gold stand 30 m. with fascia board name. Names on the fascia board
(FIWARE - FIWARE Lab and FIWARE Ops)
Included services:
• Participation Fee.
• 30 sq.m space rental.
• Stand and furniture.
• Insurance.
• 4 three day conference pass.
• 25% discount on extra conference passes.

On the *content side*, these options will give us 2 Speaker Slots at the
Conference. We are also getting more information on speaker sessions at
what they call the "Speakers Corner", an open space that is located in the
exhibition side of the SCE .

We still have a lot of details to figure out, like how to manage all the
costs (we are looking into how to split them, we might ask you for a small
contribution from each Accelerator that attends), what demos we could take
to the stand, how to organize the speaker slots.... But I wanted to warn
you in advance that we are looking into all of this. We will be keeping you
up to date on the progress.

Best regards,
