Dear Sir or Madam,

I assume that you refer to the last stage of the PPP programme (https://www.fi-ppp.eu/), sponsored by the European Commission. If this is the case it is not us who grant the subsidies, it is the EC who offers them (and they do so publicly). FI-WARE is one of the projects that run with the support from the EC but we do not "give" money ourselves. You may need to get the information from your National Contact Point , they are the ones who can guide you locally and let you know what calls are open or will open soon:

They will possibly inform you on the PPP and Horizon 2020 - there may be more.  Support and advice in subsidies are beyond our scope and we cannot provide counselling or guidance.

There is also a competition going on in FI-WARE (the FI-WARE challenges: http://www.fi-ware.org/challenges/) . In this case we award funds  directly but I assume that this is not the type of thing you are looking for.
