I contacted you a few weeks ago to share a resource that I thought you 
may find of interest.  I wondered if you’ve had a chance to review my 
message; a copy of which is provided below for reference.

“We all understand the basics of what a printer can do but not that 
many of us actually know how a printer works and the full extent of its
