[Fiware-fi-city] Test and kick-off

Hi all,

  I have created the mailing list we are going to use for developing the proposal to the FIRE+ objective within Horizon 2020 that will be focused standardization of data models, KPIs and dashboard components for Smart Cities.

  I'm still working in the first pieces for setting up the proposal and it may take me the whole morning to get all of them finished as I wished before we have our first confcall.   Therefore, I would like to suggest having it in the afternoon.

  I would suggest 16:00 CET if it works for you.   Otherwise, please suggest any other time.
