Dear Aviad,

A last check before moving forward : could you verify that your community account did not expire  ? We faced such situation.

Connect on the lab and then go to Settings >> Account status

Hi Franck,
Yes I can see the server running on fiware lab, but I cannot ping it or connect with ssh
I restarted the server and still have the same problem.
Does someone can help us?

On my side:

  *   I can connect on Fiware lab
  *   The Spain2 node (do you confirm that you are hosted there) looks OK (https://fi-health.lab.fiware.org/)

But I can not ping or connect to port 22 to your server (I get a timeout).
