We would need more information to understand the issue. Is it one type of data in particular ? Do other data save properly ? Or is nothing going to mongodb ?

Hi,
I have a data does not save from cygnus to mongodb. I have checked that the cygnus process in up and the port 5050 is open and still have a problem.
