1-      Switch to your organisation from your login page:

Do you have this button ? for that, you need to have the owner role:

Hi Franck,

Thank you for that information. I am in the middle of trying to do this now, however, I clicked on the Manage members button and there isn't an option to Add a member. Am I in the right place?

You should be able to make it by yourself.

You need to use the account having the admin rights in your FIWARE lab account. Then switch to your organisation and there you should be able to add new members.
