[Fiware-finish-coaching] Orion global instance Service Unavailable

Hello Fermin and finish coachers,

we are using Orion Context Broker global instace in our application,
orion.lab.fiware.org:1026/NGSI10/

It's very frequent that it returns 503 Service Unavailable.

Error: connect ECONNREFUSED
    at errnoException (net.js:901:11)
    at Object.afterConnect [as oncomplete] (net.js:892:19)

Is this instability normal? Are you upgrading or something?

I would appreciate it a lot if you could inform me as soon as possible.
