The company name is Invivo (might also be INVIVO GmbH)
The project title should be INVIVO PS PP (Prediction of shelf-life of perishable products)
The contact email should be gaebler at invivo-gmbh.de<mailto:gaebler at invivo-gmbh.de> (but I’m not 100% if this is the email that was specified upon FIWARE Lab account upgrade)
The accelerator name is FInish

I’ve already contacted the SME, asking for these details, but maybe what I specified above is already O.K. for you.

Could you tell me which SME/project this is for?

I was not aware of the problem with the HELP portal, I will report it. Yes, once it’s up and running again, he can fill in the information about their project name, etc. in a community account request,  then we can help direct him to the right node team. He can mention in the request on which node his community account is on.

Dear Ilknur,

I got contacted by one of our FInish subgrantees, who has a FIWARE Lab community account and needs to increase his quota since he keeps running out of resources.
His problem is that he can’t find his community account confirmation email anymore, and the FIWARE Lab Help link (http://help.lab.fiware.org/) seems to be down: “Error establishing a database connection”.

Can you please give me a pointer how to proceed?
Assuming FIWARE Lab Help is working again, could he use this to request an increase of his quota?
If not, what is the correct way?
