Hi Sara,
please, could you ask your request in english?

I think that you haven't set "the security groups".
 From the Security menu (on the left) go in the "Security Groups" tab 
and edit the rules for "default" security group item using the "actions" 
combo.
Please use:
- ICMP -1 for ping
- TCP 22 for ssh
- TCP 80 for http
- TCP 443 for https

You can open more ports using from port (1) to port (65535).
