I got the information I provided this morning from the managers that we have in Barcelona. They repeated those messages still this morning by phone!! The only thing I can add is that you say FI-LAB, then XIFI, FI-WARE or your name and the name of the company that made the reservation. In the case of FI-WARE people I sent around 10 names with their respective organizations, and those passes should be reserved under those names. This was verified again this morning with the guys... Still, for all the others the only requirement is saying that they come on behalf of FI-LAB stand. Around 40 passes should not be pre-assigned, and I said to Juanjo that his contacts in Telefonica could make use of those that are needed. If you need any support from here, please, let me know.
