[Fiware-foundation-info] FI-GLOBAL section 4-5 latest version

Dear Pierre-Yves,

I have revised section 4-5 to include the description of the Foundation 
according to the document you sent (see attached), but you did not 
include anything in relation with the sections "Short CV of the key 
persons assigned to the project", "Relevant publications or 
achievements", "Relevant previous and on-going projects or activities", 
and "Infrastructure / technical equipment relevant to the proposed work".

Please look at the attached document and check whether the description 
is OK, otherwise please revise. Also for the last section on 
infrastructure I suggest that you add a sentence concerning the FIWARE 
Lab nodes, but it is up to you. In any case, thank you to please 
complete and finalise asap.
