Hope this email finds you well.

 

We are reviewing the Grant agreement process for IMPACT GROWTH and more
specifically Grant agreement data to be filled in the Management Project
section within the Participant Portal:

Participant Portal>Manage Projects>Grant agreement data

 

We have the following check list to review and update with you.

 

·         PIC STATUS: Sleeping 919308965.

·         LEGAL DATA: Waiting for validation. According to the information
displaying on Legal and Financial Overview/LF Overview section of the Grant
Preparation, It seems that FIWARE is not validated in the Beneficiary
Register (PDM). No action required from your side by now. Also, It is not
validated as an organisation that has operating grants in the Beneficiary
Register (PDM). No action required from your side by now.

·         FINACIAL DATA: Validated.

·         LEAR appointment: Pending. We think this is linked to LEGAL DATA
validation. No action required from your side by now.

·         LEAR extension mandate: Pending. According to Legal and Financial
Overview/LF Overview section LEAR doesn’t have extended mandate.

·         PLSIGN appointment: PLSIGN Role, Project Legal Signatory, able to
sign the Declaration of Honour, According to Beneficiaries section is not
assigned yet. You will be able to assign such a Role only after been
confirmed as LEAR for H2020. No action required from your side by now.

Where to do it:

o    Organization roles: Participant Portal>My Area >My Organisation(s)>
Beneficiary Organization >Roles>EDIT ORGANIZATION ROLES.

o    Project roles: Participant Portal>My Area >My Project(s)>Project
Consortium(PC)>Beneficiary Organization>EDIT ROLES.

·         Declaration of Honour signature:  Once PLSIGN was assigned for the
project he will be able to electronically sign. No action required from your
side by now.

·         OTHER ISSUES: 

o    Missing information for Department Name: Go to My project(s)-->Manage
Project (MP)-->Latest Legal Data-->Beneficiaries-->Partner Summary to update
this information.

o    Partner short name FIWARE Foundation should be maximum 15 characters.
Go to My project(s)-->Manage Project (MP)-->Latest Legal
Data-->Beneficiaries-->Partner Summary to update this information
