dear all,

first of all let me congratulate you all for the great work as now we have the final draft in our hands!

attached you have the minutes of the today call and the current version of the bylaws with the last actions (basically integration in the claire version and the revision of the apache contributor license agreement) which i'll within this friday eob.

then all to read it and provide comments, if any, to be analysed at the next meeting (22nd july usual time) if needed. then it is the turn of the bod to procede with the ff registration.
