[FIWARE-Foundation-Legal-TaskForce] minutes of today and new draft

dear all,

so far no comments nor expected due contributions (claire from atos german
lawyer consultants).
as you might remebre tomorrow morning we have our weekly call, and above
all, tomorrow afternoon there is a fiware bod call where i have to report
about ff bylaws.

please provide your comments and/or contribution by today at 18:00 or so,
so tomorrow we can have as fruitfull meeting.
