Dear all,

We would like to propose to discuss the following topics during our call tomorrow morning:


1.     What would be the assets of Fiware Foundation?

a.     Brand: would Fiware trademark be assigned to Fiware Foundation

b.    Generic enablers: should Fiware Foundation be the owner of the Generic enablers?

c.     Specific enablers: should Fiware Foundation be the owner of the Specific enablers?

d.    Trainings / e-learnings: should Fiware Foundation be the owner of the current trainings and e-learning that are available on fiware.org?

e.     Infrastructure : should Fiware Foundation set up its own infrastructure? should Fiware Foundation propose to user to perform tests through the current Fiware Labs platform?

f.     Knowledge base (presentations, videos...):  should Fiware Foundation be the owner of the current Knowledge base?

2.     Bylaws: why the bylaws / governance model are already published on fiware.org website whereas we did not even make a decision as to Fiware Foundation legal entity?
