dear all,

apologiseing for sending this email late as juanjo sent it yesterday and
for some reason i thougth i did already fwd to you all.

of course we can still have the meeting however withou telefonica we can
progress but not too much.
in addition i did not see any bylaws example documents as agreed during our
last telco.

so not sure the meeting will be as efficent as needed. certainly if we add
delays to delays we eill never reach the conclusion of our work ...

i accept any of your opinions if to keep the meeting or not as i'm of
course available for the tomorrow morning confcall. just let me know.

  I'm afraid that we are not going to be able to attend the weekly
confcall on FIWARE Bylaws this week ...

  Wouldn't it be feasible to cancel it and resume the weekly confcalls
after Eastern (i.e., starting on April 1 ?
