Dear Rosalia, dear Patrice,

on Thursday of last week we agreed on the below shown list of signees. Would you please provide the two remaining names?


a.    Names for signature:

                                       i.    Companies authorized representatives:

1.    Telefonica Digital Spain (tbd)

2.    Atos Germany (Winfried Holz)

3.    Engineering Spa (Orazio Viele)

4.    Orange SA (tbd)

                                     ii.    BoD members:

1.    Hubert Tardieu, Atos

2.    Rosalía Simon Navarro, Telefonica

3.    Dario Avallone, Engineering

4.    Patrice Slupowski, Orange
According to the feedback from Claire "the same person can represent both the company and the Director  person signining" I assume that the four BoD members will sign on behalf of their company (with DOA) and on their own.
Please advise if this is wrong.

And in order to prepare the form :
Please do not forget to provide Me at Least tomorrow morning the final list of The Seven founding members and their représentative person in case of ( as per our discussion during last meeting).
