[FIWARE-Foundation-Legal-TaskForce] Fiware - sumarize of all The specific cases and requested documents

Dear Claire and all,

in preparation of our call at 9:30, please take note that I will sign on behalf of Engineering Ingegneria Informatica. The second person, signing at personal level, will be Stefano De Panfilis. With respect to the table circulated, as far as the PoA is concerned, I need confirmations/clarifications about the following column:

M: Certified by a local Notary? (Y/N). For Engineering, local means Italian? N means that the PoA should not be certified by a Notary meaning that it sufficient to have it signed by the Legal representative (in my case Paolo Pandozy)?

N: Apostille necessary? (Y/N). Can you confirm that the Apostille is not necessary?

From the other column, my understanding is that besided the PoA, I (everybody) just need to bring my ID. Can you confirm?
