[FIWARE-Foundation-Legal-TaskForce] Call at 09:30 today -- anyone attending?

dear all,

finally i didi arrive now at the office after 1.5 hours in the car while
normally it takes 30 min due to an impressive thunderstorm here in roma.

indeed i connected from the car several times, but unlikely i did not catch
when you were connected. anyway, fine to me.

concerning the proposal of juanjo for a doodle, although the association
code is a quite an important document to be produced, i'm reluctant to
change the day we meet.

so if juanjo, who is the person with more doubts about the current proposal
which i circulated before summer and it is based on the apache policy,
cannot on the coming friday (23 sept), i suggest we keep the meeting on 30
september.

btw, after some initial thougths about ownership of the contribution, i
also think, in agreement with celine, that such rigths shluld be given to
the fiware foundation or, at the very most, shared by the contributor and
the foundation.

indeed, i d o agree with celine, that this makes the ff much stronger on
front of fiware adopters, which, at the end of the day, is the reason of
existence of the foundation. can you immagine apache not owning the code?
of course not! juanjo argued that what happened if the foundation will
prematurely terminate? my answer is we are here exactly to avoid this and
that we have not to be afraid to claim that first is the foundation!

if the countributor believes he/she migth have better results outside the
foundation, fine we will loose him/her with the convicement that many
others will join, and i can say you many wish to do so.
