Hello, i received an issue about a VM malfunctioning. Plase find the issue below: ---- We are FACT company with FACTUAL project. The problem we have is that our instance on Fiware cloud named "ubntuMySqlGlass" is in state SHUTOFF and we cannot do anything about that. We have lots of work on that instance and we would not like to delete and create new instance.
