If you do not hear back from them in a timely manner, you can write to fiware-fractals-coaching at lists.fiware.org<mailto:fiware-fractals-coaching at lists.fiware.org> and we can follow up on it.

we are still periodicalz having trouble with the resources on the Budapest2 node.
We have been able to reboot the 2 of our instances, but the third is in status rebooting for hours now.

Is there a direct helpdesk on the Budapest node that we can write if this and similar problems occur?
