[Fiware-friendly-testing] Request: Floating IP in Spain region

Hello,

I'm testing the CEP GE but I don have a Floating IP in the Spanish region.
The IP pool for this region has no available IPs. This GE is not available
in all regions. I tried to deploy an instance (based on cep) in the Mexico
and Trento Regions but there where errors on launching on both regions.
Could you provide me one Floating IP in Spain? My user name is Pedteste
with email: pgalves at o*****k..com (some chars were striped from the email)
