A letter of invitation is to be sent to all those who are to be proposed and solicited for Advisory Board members candidates and has been drafted. Please find these documents in attachment. As a summary how we are going to proceed, I propose the following process: 1. The process will be done totally anew. 2. Please inform Jukka Mattila about the persons you want to propose for the Advisory Board. 3. We understand that each party who proposes a person to the Advisory Board candidate will ask his/her availability and consent. However, if instead there are reasonable grounds that Concord should solicit the person in question, we would be pleased to do that. Please inform us whether it is you or us who will contact the person, introduce the project and ask for the approval. 4. Please contact the candidate and send him/her the Candidacy Letter together with the document about Advisory Board role. Inform him/her about the FI PPP Project. 5. Inform Concord that he/she is your candidate for the Advisory Board, he/she has been told about the roles and functions of the Board, and that he/she accepts to be a candidate member of the Advisory Board. Please send the proposals to Jukka Mattila (<mailto:jukka.mattila at aalto.fi><mailto:jukka.mattila at aalto.fi>jukka.mattila at aalto.fi<mailto:jukka.mattila at aalto.fi>) who will be maintaining a list of the candidates and administers the process. 6. The Advisory Board candidate nominations with the previously described background work should be done by the 31st of August (latest). Please remember that all material requiring a decision in the Steering Board must be send a fortnight before to all members of the Board.
