Dear Jose,

You mentioned yesterday the figures about how many partners did not yet sign the Consortium Agreement, and D1.1.1 mentions that you are still waiting for 3.

In addition, there is the Programme Agreement as well. Apparently, the following FI-WARE partners did not yet sign the Programme Agreement:
- ALCATEL-LUCENT ITALIA S.P.A.
- DEUTSCHE TELEKOM AG
- INTEL PERFORMANCE LEARNING SOLUTIONS LIMITED
- NEC EUROPE LTD
- UNIVERSITY OF SURREY

As you know, the partners who did not yet sign the Consortium Agreement and/or the Programme Agreement are formally in breach of contract.

I hereby ask you to remedy the situation within 14 days. For the Consortium Agreement, partners with questions should turn to you. For the Programme Agreement, partners should turn to you and/or Petra Turkama (petra.turkama at aalto.fi<mailto:petra.turkama at aalto.fi>).
