[Fiware-gctc-challenge] Info FIWARE GCTC Pilot Trials Challenge 2017

Dear sir/madame,
My name is Mario Minardi, Business Development at FindMyLost. FindMyLost 
(FML) is the first social Lost & Found for Business and Consumer, the 
only platform that allows you to get your lost item back wherever you 
are, at any time. I have some questions about the call "FIWARE GCTC 
Pilot Trials Challenge 2017":

- Do we need to have already contacts with north america/Canada Cities?
- Do we need to have already an application/service powered by Fiware?
