[Fiware-ge-owners] Topics for the agenda next TSC

Hi all,

   I hope all you have enjoyed some nice holidays and charged your 
batteries.

   This is a reminder for the first TSC meeting that will take place on 
September 3.

   Main topics to cover:

  * Presentation of proposed Incubated GEs: QuantumLeap, Perseo
  * FIWARE Developers guidelines (reqs to be labeled as FIWARE GEs)
  * Calendar regarding progress follow-up on chapters
  * FIWARE Experts Certification Program

   Since the new FIWARE Developers guidelines are an important topic for 
all FIWARE GE owners, I copy representatives of them in this message 
since their participation is welcome. The proposed text for these 
guidelines can be found here

   You can propose new items for the agenda by simply adding them to the
