Dear colleagues,

as agreed by the FIWARE TSC, please find attached a survey about formal QA  
procedures.
The survey is intended to get your opinion as GE Owner about the QA  
procedures and how to go ahead with it. As you know till Feb 2019 this wqas  
supported by the FI-NEXT project, while now we have collectively to  
understand how to make it and how to sustain it.

With that respect, the survey allows you to provide also detailed answers.  
Please do so as the more opinions and suggestions we get the better as  
there might be aspects we did not realised during the TSC discussions on  
the matter.

Please:
- fill in a survey per each GE of your organisation
- fill in just one time per GE, i.e. involve the whole team in asnwering  
unless special cases

Deadline 2 august 2019 eob.

We will analyse the answers in a dedicated TSC meetings. Results could be  
also discussed at BOD level.
