[Fiware-ge-owners] TSC Action Point follow up.

The current status of all GEs can be found in the catalogue release note: https://github.com/FIWARE/catalogue/releases/tag/FIWARE_8.3 <https://github.com/FIWARE/catalogue/releases/tag/FIWARE_8.3>

There is an open issue on the TSC action points about checking the validity of that list, so could you all check that the listing is complete and correct
so I can amend the release not and update the status for the next TSC?
