Hello!

A few weeks ago I tried to make a registration on your website 
http://catalogue.fi-ware.org/enablers.
I completed the registration form but didn't receive any confirmation 
e-mail, so I couldn't complete the
registration process.
Could you please give me instruction how can I register on your website 
and how long does it take to receive a confirmation e-mail
from your system?
