[Fiware-general-help] funding for extending fi-ware

of course, it is also possible to propose fiware extensions as results of
r&d proposal to be submitted to the regular rtd ec programme like the calls
at the moment open as ict16 or ict30 to cite some.

of course this kind of proposals are more complicated than those submitted
to fiware accelerate as they are full scale r&d ec funded projects.
