There are tens of GEs, no one will know how all work, installation
details, for instance,are something that we need to send to the Ge owner.

General help is for questions that cannot be answered from other lists -
in general, you do not need to use it.
fiware-tech-help at lists.fi-ware.org is a reasonable choice. If it is not immediate to answer, we will normally resort to the GE owner.
fiware-lab-help at lists.fi-ware.org is ok if you are trying the GE on FIWARE Lab and get an error or unexpected behaviour.
At the end of the day, if the question is not trivial, fiware-tech-help at lists.fi-ware.org or fiware-lab-help at lists.fi-ware.org will take us to the same person: the Ge owner.
